I bought Formuler 8Z today, The written features on the box and the manual book shows 4K 60fps , but unfortunately, when I tried to watch 4K video on YouTube, it had a lot of pauses and doesn’t run smoothly like my previous box . I checked the display settings and the maximum resolution is 2160p 30Hz , so does that means it’s not 60fps ?

1. Check your TV's user manual to find the maximum supported resolution.
2. Press the resolution button on your remote. Custom display format menu is shown.
Select 2160P 60Hz. If you don't see this option, try a different HDMI cable.

Thank you 175n , the Smart TV maximum resolution is 2160p 60Hz , and I haven’t had any problem with 4K 60fps before , even when I watched it on the TV YouTube app . The HDMI cable is the one came with Formuler 8Z .

Try with different cable where you are sure it is 2.0 HDMI Cable, change the resolution to 60hz and test again, it is definitive cable issue.

I cannot use 2160p/ 60Hz on Z8 as well. LG tv blinks, pops, horizontal white streaks, tv shutting down, etc. Switching to 2160p/30Hz resolves the problem.

I tested and are still testing this on LG TV Oled and Z8 (both devices use V9), for compare is Nvidia Shield also in test included but this box use other codec.
Interesting is that Z8 and LG TV have same issue (we must say only on few 4K videos, not all are affected!) where NS works fine with other codec. So i took the one with biggest issue and must record the screen for each device with nerd statistics and then forward to the devs. So, please be patient in this case the devs. will find solution for this.
