I solved the problem, I have just installed the YouTube app for smart TVs on the market store, when using this app I got no freezing on 4K videos

For example this one plays without problem on my Z8 with the current official/stable firmware version from november and youtube app version: 2.02.08/web_20191211_00_RC00
Do you know which hdmi cable version/type you are using?
