    do you guys have a NAS, and other vpn then protonvpn or nordvpn? And can test it?

    And do NAS connect at startup with the box and disconnect when the vpn is connected? Also if you splittunneling all the apps inclusive the system apps?


    Can somebody with a NAS (hardwired) to the router just like me, and have another vpn provider than protonvpn and nordvpn test if the nas connect and then disconnect?

    So i can find out what it is. Box or vpn.

    I think already carefully the box, cause protonvpn and nordvpn disconnect nas.

    So conclusion is when the NAS connect at startup and when vpn after that connect it disconnect automatic our NAS with my nordvpn and with your proton vpn. Have it on my z11 and z12.

    So the temporary fix is only connect manually your nas after your vpn is connected.


    But if it happens at two boxes and with 2 different vpn's...

    ...maby the firmware needs a firmware update.

    When i remove vpn it works fine.

    When i install vpn and splittunnelling serious all apps inclusive the system apps it connect also the NAS, but disconnecting after vpn is connected. But all apps are in the splittunneling???

    I have same problem with nordvpn.

    When nordvpn is off and i restart box the nas connected itself and stays.

    When i use nordvpn and restart box, nas will connect and disconnect after my vpn is connected.

    So what did i do?

    I used splittunneling. And i put seriously ALL the apps from the list in nordvpn inclusive systemapp to the split tunneling side. (That means no app use nord vpn anymore.

    I restarted box. And nas connected.

    Then vpn connected and the nas disconnected again.

    Strange, because i put ALL apps from the box inclusive the systems apps to the splittunnel.

    In short: i have vpn, but none app is protected by nordvpn.

    And my NAS still disconnect.

    So it's a box problem maby or nordvpn.

    But later this day i contact nordvpn costumer service. The answers are really good and fast.

    Which vpn do you use?


    Temporary fix: after your vpn connected you can add the network storage manually back. And at power options you can set the box to standby.

    You can't add a new portal with a url?

    Is give you only option with a username and password?

    To remove provider block do:

    Go to Settings > Storage & Reset on your Z11.
    If a block is installed, you will see an option to "Check for configuration update".
    Highlight the configuration line, then press the 0 (zero) button 10 times on your remote. This will perform a factory reset and remove the block.


    I stay away from providers who blocks the device. So you forces to stay with them. Always buy box at a (online) store and set it up yourself.

    What if you want more portal/providers? I can't.

    Please follow steps, unblock your box yourself and search for free test and choose the best.

    Go to a group where you want to set to alphabetical order and choose a channel.

    then press OK button

    Then push red aquare button

    Then choose A-Z

    I have a Z+Neo, with not to many apps installed, just Mytvonline2, Audio Optimizer and a VPN (Surfshark).

    2 days ago I was turning the VPN on and saw a message saying that a new version was available to update. When I tried to update it, there was a message saying I didn't had enough storage to update. So I did what I always do when this happened: I reset the formuler box to factory defaults in order to free some space. As soon as the factory default reset was done, I removed all the apps I don't need and installed the ones I always have with no problems.

    But this time something different happened. As soon as MyTVonline2 was installed, the app opened in the connections menu and there was no "Add Portal" option. Just a "kopke API" folder as shown in the attached picture, that when selected asks me for a user and password I don't know what are. I tried so many things already (force stop mytvonline2, erase data and cache, taking out the power cable and turn it back on pressing the red button on the remote, putting on the 0227 code on the update page to the beta, nothing works).

    Can someone explain to my what I have to do to solve this?

    You factory reset your box.

    What's now the problem?

    You can't add a new portal with credentials?

    Isn't it there anymore?

    Or device storage to full?

    He says he can't add portal. So i think it's a blocked device due provider.

    He already factory reset his device so it’s not needed to uninstall mytvonline2 and reinstall it from market cause it’s a fresh install already due factory reset.

    Your box is blocked. I think you bought it at your provider.

    Without vpn it should get the full internet service provider speed.

    Only if nobody in the household use the internet for streaming or downloading.

    It lowers your speed also.


    A vpn slows your speed also. This is because your data will be encryped/secured on your device till the end of its destination like your iptv server provider. Due the encrytion it lowers the speed/bandwith but that's normally not so much. On the destination at your iptv provider it will encrypyed.


    I have a internet service provider with 1000mbit (1 gigabit) and nordvpn fastest server can sometimes peak the 800 a 900 mbit.

    So fast enough.

    I only no so far, if you have mytvonline3 open...

    And soundsettings setup to passthrough in androidsettings, so it plays dolby sound.

    And when i play a movie it has no sound, if the player is also set to passthrough the sound.

    I need to sshutdown mytvonline3 then and then start the movie with vlc or kodi and then have sound.

    You can checkt it also in Contentmanager and then at contentdata behind your Subscription you see while updating epg a moving icon from left to right.

    You can also do:

    MytvOnline 3, menu, Contentmanager, data sync, EPG data, update EPG.

    Its the same to updat only your epg, but then you do it on the manual way.

    But should not nessesary anymore. You set the epg interval to 3 hours and that will do Mytvonline3 for you every 3 hours automatically.

    I know that some providers say that on there servers run vpn for security. Can it maby be then if you connect to mytvonline2 that it then appears the key logo? Or direct at startup without starting mytvonline?


    New router with builded in vpn?


    Anyway, contact for sure your iptv seller and let them set your account to vpn for sure, so you can always connect.

    Check in apps section in android settings for sure you didn't install a vpn by accident. Just for sure.

    Like i said, mytvonline2 and channels work fine on wifi, she logged in for her father on google play. Worked too. Changed settings from provider dns to cloudfare dns. Worked too. Restarted box.

    Checked everything. Google play updatet youtube and mytvonline2 started and could watch.

    In short: everything worked on the wifi all apps...

    except Formuler update gives that error??😂😂😂

    There is no firmware availeble for download.

    Maby you can try more tv's? At a friend or neighbor or so. But if a couple devices give no image. looks it's broken. Buy new device.
