Trying to get the android app working on my phone , my supplier says I can run my sub on 2 devices ( but not at the same time ) I have put the url in and my id but after it has refreshed it gives me an error message saying my account is blocked and to contact my provider !!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You just need to disconnect your first device from your ip sever. After try it on your phone. Or take a second subscription...
