I try to connect the provider on mytvonline+on iOS but it fails again and again. I tried to connect by writing every infos and via the QR code. What is funny it’s that it works well on the android version. My friend tried a few weeks ago. Thank you in advance. Here’s the error code :

First if you registered same Stalker url on Android device then is the mac from Android device or MOL+ active. You can not use it twice on different devices.
If you want to use one subscription on box and phone, or Android and IOS phone you should ask your provider for XC Api login data, then it will work. Of course if single connection, then use only one device at same time.
BTW. the last picture and error code shows that your provider blocked your stalker account. Please contact Provider and bespeak with him.
What kind of portal did you try to install, Stalker MAC /ID or XC Api? This is typical Stalker error.
