In the past i also had recording problems (USB-stick).similar to yours.
Best thing you can do is invest in a 1TB external hdd/ssd,prices range from 25 euro upwards,but its worth the money to have excellent recording results and enough space,and no more troubles with micro sd or USB stick
Did you check your recording devices in DVR options in mol2?
You have to "click"' on them and subsequently restart your box.
(Btw did you format to nfts?)
Well, it appears I have managed to break it completely. I have tried reformatting my 128g microSD cards using Rufus. I have reformatted my 1 T hard drive using Rufus, my laptop and the MyTVOnline2 default. When I plug the media into my laptop, I get the message "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page."
I get the message "recording not supported" on both boxes with all 3 storage media.
What do I do now?
Regarding the laptop saying that message, it’s normal if you don’t have a player that can play the files. I believe the boxes record in .ts format, and I doubt that’ll be playable natively by windows.
Install VLC to be able to play them.

But I still cannot record, I get the message "recording not supported". We were test recording yesterday and then suddenly got this message on both boxes. Maybe I turned something off that I shouldn't have?
Does recording via the "direct" recording button on the remote work at all(so not scheduled rec. via epg)?
Hi,did you try with other iptv player like tivimate?
Please tell us how many M3U, Stalker MAC ID or XC Api accounts do you have?
If MAC ID registered on Provider side, only Stalker url will work and XC APi or M3u not, depends all from Provider. Please describe your configuration in detail and i will try to help from start.
There have always been occasional problems with recording but it has gone crazy in the past few months.
Is the issue only the recording or something else too?
Did you try to record with other Media and tested current on PC to see if errors available. What are you using for recording exactly?
If I set out to record 4 shows, odds are that 2 will record nothing, 1 will say the full recording is there but when I go to play back, there is only a fraction of the program, and 1 maybe will record properly.
Do you also set timer recording also one by one, in row or two at same time?

I am trying to do some recording right now. One channel ,Fox Sports1US, gives the message Warning, recording not supported. I can record other channels live in the moment.
Today, I have scheduled a few recordings. They remain in the schedule queue until after they are supposed to be finished recording but there is nothing to view. Arrrrggggg!!

Please format again the HDD with NTFS and Rufus tool, see our Article. Connect with Box and restart once. After reboot set in MOL2 ->Settings -> DVR Options the HDD for Recording and Timeshift. Should be correctly mounted and shown with label name.
Set the Power Control to Power Off and test with this configuration few days.
Check also in MOL2 if the Play time was set by provider and if yes how much? Deactivated play time is grey.
Alternatively, when you find time create 24 h trial sub. from other good provider and test this too, to see if with other provider timer recording works better.
Play time is set at 3 hours and was set by provider.
This could be bypassed with power off method. We will see.
I have been trying to test with Tivi Mate as Henkie suggested. I got the app downloaded just fine but I cannot ad the playlist using Stalker Portal URL, which is what I use with MOL2. Tivi Mate support's response was to go back to my provider. I am now part of a discussion on the IPTV provider's forum as they say that should work.
Let us first test bespoken and see the results. Please test also trial from other Provider, also very important to exclude issues with current one.

All of this errors point to wrong inserted url, please recheck what you typed in. Only one wrong char leads into error.

Hi,there was a recent post by jackjones in thread "Portal URL doesnt work on z11 but does on other devices" and he claims he solved the issue by changing Private DNS (was auto) and changed to off,and connection was succesful.
Could similar action work in mol2 as well?
If some fluctuation or signal loos (stream) happens, then you have such result.
Another thing I have noticed is that recordings end up being only half of what they should be. Is there some setting to double or halve the recording speed?

No longer can record anything. Maybe I'll dig the VCR out of the garage.
Maybe is your recording device faulty, please change and use something else or test current recording device (USB,HDD etc.) on PC with some tool if faulty.

OK, I just found out I have to specify that I want a trial for a Formuler box. That helped a bit.
However, I get stuck loading at 90-99%. The message I got from the provider is "I place your information to the 00:1A:B8:C1:90:C4
Cause mac already detected." I don't know what that means.
Before I do another trial with another subscription, can you tell me if I'm doing something wrong?
