Cloudflare restricting videostream of Europa League soccer matches?

    Hi,

    Just when i started watching the match Atletic Bilbao vs Man United,a short black screen came up with message "Cloudflare is restricting this videostream....."

    I checked my Private DNS and it was set to automatic,i did not change e.g to Quad9 or Google DNS,the stream is comewhat choppy.

    Does anyone else have similar experience (I use VPN) ?

    Last year my provider announced that cloudfare was blocking iptv services.

    In my country i did not find it out yet on my 4 providers.

    But i have also nordvpn. I use nordvpn dns.

    And sometimes a week i change nordvpn dns to cloudfare or quad9 and its stilll working cause its.drom me till the dns server still encrypted.


    I dont watch sport. But i ask my friend to email me when it happened.

    I might need to add that i had my Nord VPN set on Belgium, i recently read that Belgium government were going to block sports iptv streams,so maybe thats what happened.

    After the announcement i expected a black screen for the duration of the match,however it was only choppy with lots of stuttering.

    I tried switching Private DNS from auto to Q9,but with the same result.

    In the end i used Gameday to find alternative Broadcaster and the stream on UK:TNT was perfect.

    Btw Lucky13,how do you use nordvpn dns?

    Normal p2p on netherlands and nordvpn dns is standard in nordvpn.

    But you can change dns in nordvpn to another.

    Don't choose Belgium as vpn. Netherlands is better.
