I have a Z11 pro and my fast forward or rewind jump 10 minutes either way. How do I slow this down?

Hello first,
You need to set your jump interval.
In live TV activate the OSD then click on Settings.
In next menu on jump interval.

If you don't see it, please try pressing the info button and then down button on the dpad.

I don't have a jump interval option in settings. Any other suggestions?

One icon left from search is settings icon, click on it and in next menu you will see jump interval.

Start a recording.
Then press the up arrow on the remote control twice.
Then you can select.
The icon second farthest to the right.
