I am a professional IPTV reseller and we are currently experiencing a recurring issue affecting at least 7 of our clients' Formuler Z Mini boxes.
The issue:
- Each box boots directly into the Factory Reset screen.
- The remote control becomes unresponsive (IR and Bluetooth tested).
- Power cycling, re-pairing, or pressing the box button doesn't help.
- Since the Z Mini has no USB port, it’s impossible to use a mouse to recover the system.
We need to know:
1. Is this a known issue?
2. Is there a firmware update to resolve it?
3. Is there a method to restore remote control input in this state?
4. Could this be related to a specific production batch?
We’re happy to provide serial numbers of affected boxes. This issue is becoming a concern across our customer base.
