Audio VOD and TV Series standard out of sync

Have a search on eg 'AAC' in this forumsection. Same problem here (but always -300 ms in my case). If you want 5.1 all you can do afaik is manually change the audio sync. for each episode and VOD (top menu while playing). Once you stop the play, the sync. is gone and needs to be restarted manually. Works fine, but not ideal.

It must be common issue, as I have the same delay with VOD and TV series of approx 300-500ms no matter what the audio stream is (AAC, 5.1etc). Whether it's thru TV speakers or BT Headphones.

Have to set manually each time. Fortunately I mainly use Stremio for any VOD content and just us MOL3 for Live TV.

You could try using a different player for VOD content like MX Player or similar.

I have a Denon X8500HA and it does the same thing but seems to be only VOD, my TV series seem good. I recently had to disconnect all of my equipment because my entertainment unit is being updated so I connected my Z12 (Z11 had the same issue) directly to my Samsung. Same issues with a direct connection so has nothing to do with the Denon.

I have the same issue with Surround sound enabled. when, I open movies with AAC the audio is out of sync. but movies with AC-3 use audio passthrough and its fine. I just wish it would passthrough all audio. Yes, I have tried developer options HDMI Rx Audio format to RAW or PCM or Force SD audio, or Advanced Settings : HDMI Output Passthrough Mode, all of that made no difference.

My setup Formuler z11 pro max connected with HDMI 2.1 to soundbar Samsung HW-Q600C then HDMI to my samsung qe65s90c TV.

To watch movies, I mostly use Stremio.

EDIT: Yes, I ran the audio optimizer.
