  • ⚠️ Bluetooth Issues on Formuler Z12 ⚠️

    We have noticed several problems related to the use of Bluetooth on the Formuler Z12:

    Very difficult to reconnect a Bluetooth headset once it has already been paired (often necessary to remove the pairing and redo the process).Once the headset is connected, the screen format automatically changes and needs to be corrected manually in the settings.After connecting, it sometimes happens that MOL3 restarts and causes various small bugs afterward.If a soundbar is connected via SPDIF, pairing a Bluetooth headset becomes impossible: the soundbar volume goes to maximum and no sound comes out of the headset.Overall, there are many Bluetooth-related problems that should be fixed quickly, as a large number of users are experiencing the same issues.Thank you for taking these malfunctions into account in order to improve stability and user experience.

  • Hello , could you please test exact the same way like described and at end send the log file to Formuler? Please post here your tracking no. so the devs can check the log file. Thank you.

  • Hello,Thank you for your reply. Could you please tell me exactly how to generate and send the requested log file to Formuler? I do not see the exact procedure to follow on my device. Also, I do not know how to obtain the tracking number to provide here.If you have a guide or step-by-step instructions (where to find the “log” menu and how to send it), that would be very helpful. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    Reporting Problem and sending Log file:

    1. Home menu -> tap twice and clear all active Apps and tasks.

    2. Reboot the box to start with fresh log file (Important for devs. because if you send log file after you use the box all day, this one will be big and it is hard to inspect everything, costs to much time for analyses).

    3. After Box rebooted, reproduce step by step your issue.

    4. Go to Home menu -> Cog. Wheel -> Help Center -> My Formuler -> Report a Problem -> Note your Tracking No (for example #0000002GE7K5C) and click on Send Logs.

    5. Very Important: To find later your Tracking No. you must post this in your thread, otherwise no one will be able to find it and tracking numbers that are not communicated cannot be taken into account.

    Optional: If the problem can be better illustrated with a video, please also record a short low level video with your phone. Go to https://streamable.com/ , create a free account and upload the video (maximum 250MB). Please include the download link along with the tracking number.

  • As a reminder of the issues:

    The Bluetooth headset is difficult to connect: it is always necessary to "forget" the device in the Android settings, then reconnect it manually in order to get sound�.When the SPDIF soundbar is connected, no sound comes out of the Bluetooth headset even when it is connected�.The only change when the soundbar is disconnected is that sound finally comes out of the Bluetooth headset; however, it is still necessary to perform the "forget and reconnect" procedure for it to work�.Live video streams (live TV, IPTV) become unstable or glitch as soon as the Bluetooth headset is connected�.I also have to manually adjust the image format in series/movies to get the correct display when the Bluetooth headset is connected�.Note that all these problems occur identically whether or not the SPDIF soundbar is connected, except that sound in the headset works only when the soundbar is removed. The connection remains problematic with the "forget and reconnect" step every time��.
