When I pair my Bluetooth headphones with the new Z12 Ultra, the TV sound disappears (correctly). I see a Bluetooth icon in the volume popup, but no sound comes out of my headphones. I've also tried with other Bluetooth headphones. It works fine on my older Z10 Max. Can this be resolved soon? I've installed all the updates.

Well.... I have unplug the Z12 ultra, wait a night, now I have paired the earphones again and.... it is working! I don't know what I have done now, but it is working now!

And again, it doesn’t work… it only works when I disconnect the power supply and then connect the power supply, then it works.

Is the box connected with Soundbar / AVR Receiver or directly to TV?
-
Directly to the tv with HDMI, same as my Z10 was.

I had the same issue with my Z12 and my headphones. There was no sound at first, but then, after about 30 minutes (I still had the headphones on while installing some apps), the sound suddenly started working. It seems like something was finally detected — and it’s been working fine ever since

I still have audio delay issues, though. I often use headphones and watch YouTube, and I frequently have to restart the box or reconnect the headphones while watching a video to get the sound and picture back in sync.
