MyTVOnline3 keeps restarting whilst trying to connect to portal source

  • Hi all!

    I'm experiencing some issues with the MOL3-app on my Z12 Ultra.

    The last week, the MOL3 app randomly restarted continuously while playing content (I use a wired connection).

    Trying to fix it, I did a factory reset of the entire Z12, and updated again to the latest firmware.

    Now, when I try to connect to a portal in MOL3 through Content Sources, it goes until 57 to 60%, the two moving cubes animation freezes for a microsecond, and the MOL3-app restarts (multiple attempts give the same result).

    I tried also with a faulty source link, where MOL3 gives a correct error, so I think the connect attempts are valid.

    Does anyone have an idea what is going wrong?

    Hello,

    Which protocol is in use (Stalker MAC/ID, XC Api or m3u playlist)? 60% means the Provider blocks the download.

    Hope the same Portal and data are not in use on some other device or IPTV App at same time?

    Try again with factory reset but this time cut the power for 5 min. then start with factory reset.

    Connect HDMI cable to the Z12 Ultra
    Press the FUNC button on the rear side of the Z12 Ultra
    Hold down the FUNC button and insert the power cord
    Hold down the FUNC button until the Z12 Ultra logo disappears
    Select Wipe data/factory reset on the system menu
    Select Yes then it will take you back to the first screen. Select Reboot system now.

    Thanks for your response.

    Protocol is XC Api, which is not in use here somewhere else.

    Tried the factory reset again and updated everything, but still the same issue.. it loads to about 60% and the MOL3 app restarts.

    Any other possibilities?

    You can use same data and create m3u playlist, just to see if it then works.

    Step after that would be communication with Provider and refreshing of your current account or changing directly to Stalker MAC/ID.
