  • Hi all I have the v12 ultra that has I issue as soon as plug in to ethernet the MOL3 doesn't work at all but works perfectly fine on WiFi any ideas what the issue is? Have tried a factory reset and the box wouldn't update via ethernet either.

    A know problem will be fixed in next update i think.

    Some has also that wifi won't work?

    Do you use a vpn? If yes, which one.

    If ethernet is plugged in, disable ipv6 and setup a static ip.

    If you don't know how ask on forum.

  • First Router restart, when online -> Chose on Z12 network settings, deactivate wifi first, connect ethernet cable (hope it works well and is not faulty) and wait if the connection establish. If mark symbol appear then click on IP Setting and execute once DHCP, check again.

  • Thanks for the heads up it's weird it works with a VPN switched on but as soon as I turn it off it doesn't connect it's only effecting MOL3 noughing else will wait for the next update

    The ethernet connects Sam but doesn't allow a connection to MOL3 but works perfectly fine in WiFi I hope it gets fixed soon as really liking the box except this problem

    Is your iptv subscription set to vpn at the provider?

    Contact them and let your sub set to a vpn connection.


    You can connect with wifi, but not with ethernet. Only with ethernet and vpn.


    Try with ethernet later as provider set your subscription to vpn connection.

  • It's not a provider issue as it was working with all three and then the box updated and the Ethernet stopped working so definitely something to do with the update has caused it if it's not sorted before the end of January it's getting returned and will continue using my shield

    Wait for the upcoming updates and you will have the best box ever! Have patience please.
