    My ethernet will not recognize my cable also I keep getting a wifi is not connected popping up on screen but wifi is connected I have tried different cables and ethernet still will not work

    Restart router

    Then when router is online, restart z11 box.

    Switch wifi on the box to off.

    Put ethernet cable in box.

    Click at ethernet settings on dhcp and be try is with ipv6 off.

    And if no internet, turn ipv6 on in ethernet settings.

    Some internet providers use only ipv6 last time read it somewhere.


    Is ethernet cable plugged into the router?

    Or in a socket in the wall or how is your setup.


    Also with wifi adapters in power sockets can not always work great.


    So what is your setup, how it's connected my friend
