Sync problems and blotchy skin tones on DVB S2 tuner

Any body else having audio sync issues on the DVB s2 tuner, I'm in uk and I have to set av output
In DVB [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] to 2160p x 60Hz NTSC to get voice to sync with picture, why is there no 2160p x 60Hz PAL, also have an issue with red/orange blotchy patches on skin tones I can't seem to calibrate out, its definitely not my TV picture [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] as I have had a mecool k1 pro with DVB S2 sat tuner and zgemma H2S running fine, IPTV picture is fine so it must be tuner related.
any advice on what DVB picture output [lexicon]settings[/lexicon], android display picture [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] you guys recommend.

Try under Android [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] with Auto/HDR to SDR.

Thanks but did not fix my sync problem, DVB tuner needs an update

"Patched HDR contrast issue" comes with next Update.

Good, android picture [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] are terrible, contrast/brightness is set stock way to high, and if you turn it down it makes your DVB TV picture bad and can't seem to calibrate it on my own tv picture [lexicon]settings[/lexicon], people's faces either have a green tint or go the other way they get red/orange patches
