I set my Z12 to 4K50Hz, but it doesn't maintain this resolution after a day or two and automatically switches to 60Hz. How can I fix this?Code

Maby it switched automatically back to AUTO when you watch a vod movie in 60hz??
Do you have old tv? If yes maby try also hdcp 2.2 set to hdcp 1.4 and reboot?
Or it's a little bug and devs know about it.
Maby SAM know if it's a bug or knows a solution

I can see the channels but with the resolution in 4K60Hz and in Europe the resolution is in 4K50Hz.
I would like to get it in 50Hz but the Z12 switch automatically in 60Hz.
The last upgrade didn't fix it.I can't change it to 50hz.
It works fully automatic. (23 - 60hz)

No 50HzIt's automatic my friend. So i guess your tv convert it maby automatic.
Maby search on google what yourvyv does with 60hz or so.

The auto zoom and aspect ratio change is horible (up to date Z12 ultra). I would rather have the option to disable it and have an option to change it manually. When looking to a film with subtitles rendered over the black bar in the bottim the film will now resize a couple of times per minute.
It's possible? Right?
Push info button and or arrow up i thought, and select then the screen ratio. Do original aspect ratio and should be okay?
Check also autozoom in your tv options and turn it off
