Can you make a 2nd apple id on phone?
If not, what happens if you "delete" apple email/id from phone. Make new one. Install and activate mytvonline.
Reboot phone.
Delete apple email from phone and add your old one again?
That's only what i know.
I'm absolut no apply fan. Only samsung. You can sideload/install apps on android. Also premium/modded versions. Much easier.
Never ever had apple. You can't nothing with it till it's jailbreaked. And then is it very difficult to add modded apps.
Display MoreI have a second Apple ID (now called Apple Account) for just this type of use BUT, the MYTVOnline+ IOS app demands I use the Apple Account my iPad is associated and presents no other option.
If I reset my iPad using my second Apple ID as Lucky133 helpfully suggests (thank-you!), I fear losing the settings of all my other apps that are associated with my main Apple ID. It would be a lot of work to set up the iPad again with my main Apple ID after temporarily setting it up with my second Apple ID just to activate MYTVOnline+ IOS Premium.
I know it is confusing. I just don't see why it has to be because I can so easily provide a second Apple ID, email etc. to fulfil the administrative needs of MYTVOnline+ IOS Premium.
I am giving up and will activate Premium using my main Apple ID.

That's a problem with accounts my friend. I think you have right. Ask google if possible for new or extra account on ipad.
If Apple has update my friend, It's for all apple phones almost and tablets.
