Hello, I have a problem with my Formuler Z11 max pro.
The Formuler Z11 max pro seems dead, when we startup the Z11 max pro the red light turns into white light after 30 seconds.
I don´t see any activity by data cable and also I don´t see any activity on the tv screen via HDMI cable.
I tried to fabric reset via IR button, several times, with no results.
I tried also another tv screen and another power adapter with no result.
Have anyone a solution?

This has nothing to do with IPTV or Youtube.
I´ve only get a black screen on my tv and nothing else.
The TV is not responding on the Z11 pro max at all
(By the way, Youtube is normally working on this box.) -

Connect the Original Cable from Formuler Box with Tv but this time on other TV HDMI port and test again. If this doesn`t help find some other Tv or PC monitor, connect and you will see some picture, go to HDMI Settings and change HDCP from 2.2 -> 1.4. Test again on your TV.

Try to connect other power adapter with same specs then, good possible that the adapter is faulty.

The led change from red to white says the box loads the OS and bootloader but no Signal.
Please do factory reset exactly like in this video:
