As soon as I'm in front of the TV tonight, I can tell you the version number of the MOL3 application. No error message appears. When I press the INFO button, the three bars that indicate the signal to the provider's server appear in the top right-hand corner. Yesterday evening, however, not a single bar was lit, which meant that I had no connection to the provider's server. Clearing the cache, restarting the MOL3 app and also trying my VPN apps had no effect. Restarting my WLAN router also brought no improvement. There was no disruption with my provider yesterday either. I only had a full signal after restarting the Formuler Z11 Pro MAX.

I've had the Z11 Pro Max since last year in September, and since then I've experienced this about 2-3 times. The problem does not currently exist.

Can happen in such long period, provider maintenance or some temporary connection issue local and extern.

It may really be due to my provider's maintenance work. In a message posted in your Telegram group a few days ago, the author mentioned that they make adjustments and optimisations to their system pretty much every day.

I've had the same problem since I first got my Formuler Z11 Max.Sometimes the connection to the server is difficult or even impossible unless I restart the Z11. It's annoying.
My Z11 is up to date, and my provider doesn't perform daily maintenance.
With Tivimate, it works perfectly.Sometimes the Z11 restarts on its own when I switch from TV to VOD.
In short, lots of bugs.
