mytvonline3 stops working when you choose to download VODs or tv series. every time I go to the VOD menu and try to choose a group, mytvonline3 crashes and the box returns to the Formuler Z11 home page. I specify that the connection method is with MAC address and that the live tv works well, factory reset done and other resets like mytivonline3 app reinstalled , no fix find the problem only occurs when you want to choose a movie or a tv series VOD. anyone have a solution?

Is this a new thing? As mine is restarting mytv3 every time I try to open VOD or tv series. Just started doing this today.

My TV Online 3 crashes and restarts when I try to access the TV Series or VOD, just started to do this around 8 pm (eastern) on Tuesday evening live TV works fine.

I have this exact same issue since yesterday, and it drives me crazy. First only at series, now also having this happens with vod also. Everytime I go in series or vod mytvonline3 crashes. I made a total factory reset of the box, installed everything new again from the bottom, but nothing helps. Please help !!!!!!!!!!! Only LiveTV is working….

A reboot issue affecting VOD/Series on MOL3 and MOL4 was caused by TMDB.
TMDB has already fixed the issue, but the changes are still being applied.
Workaround:
MOL3: Disable "Metadata API" in Player Options to restore functionality.
MOL4: TMDB has been temporarily disabled, so the issue should be resolved. However, the Home screen banners may appear empty.Affected users please try the workaround.

And it appears to have fixed the problem for me, I am not noticing any loss of functionality so far.

I’ve been having a problem with my Formuler Z12 Ultra since today. When I open the MyTVOnline3 app and go to Movies or Series, like in the video, the app crashes and restarts itself. Because of this, I can’t watch any movies or series.
I’ve already cleared the app data and cache, and also cleared the cache on the device itself. Nothing seems to help. I’ve restarted the device, turned it off completely, and even unplugged the power, but nothing works.
Does anyone have a solution?

It happens in mytvonline + on my tablet and there is no "Metadata API" anywhere to disable.
Any workaround for that?

Same here Tried factory setting but does not work. Not working propperly is an isue that returns every 6 month

On the Z11 Pro Max i Disabled the Metadata api, seems to be working and not crashing/restarting in vod, but the info on any tv series episodes no longer shows what the episodes are about ? whats the good of disabling something if it creates other issues ? According to Sams post , this issue was fixed, so why is it not working properly with the Metadata Api "On" ?? i have installed latest Hotfix also and still the same. Anyone have another workaround ?
