Hi I have a Z11 pro max that I can only say is probably bricked, it wouldn’t go past the loading page and have tried many times to do a factory reset and it just doesn’t work, can you help?

Remove usb and or sd card. Only hdmi and power comnected!
Try tree times hard reset.
If don't work.
I think it's bricked yes.

Sent it back, cause you have warrenty.
