@dinozzo2013
Please understand, we need more informations from you to circle the problem. Where are your movies stored, do you use USB HDD, NAS, SD Card and how they formatted? Do you use for save recordings network hdd ,WLAN or LAN connected, [lexicon]settings[/lexicon]?etc. -
Hi SAM, my movies are in a USB stick, MKV format. I get the message also when watching myiptv now, did not get that message while watching TV before. I am connected through LAN, no wire less. I unlocked the LAN cable and still get this message. I thought the cable could be damaged... Aparently is something else. LEt me know if you need more info or if you have an idea how to switch of messages if we dont find the problem. thanks all

To track down the cause, you can try for now following:
1. Unplug all USB, SD Cards and close Network storage connections if available.
2. Home Menu -> [lexicon]Settings[/lexicon] -> System-> and do factory reset.
3. Test for while after FR in MOL if the error happens again, if not plugin the usb stick again and play movie from USB stick. please give feedback.ps.
- For Video play from USB stick do you use internal or external player?
- How is your USB stick formatted? -
Did the factory reset as advised. Still got the same error message... usb is formated in NTFS.
Now I lost the full HD: I am in 720p and no idea how to put back the 1080p. This box is complicated
Is there like an inner portal like in the MAG where things can be setup. And how do I acced it? -
Complicated to set Resolution? You have Button on your RCU calls "Resolution", press and chose your 1080p.

Hi all, might have found the solution: disabled the NAS server function on my router. (I do not use it anyway...) I think that the formuler was trying to access files in the NAS server and was not finding any. Maybe this was the reason of the message. Will test a few days and let you know.
thanks for all your kind help all! fully on 1080p as well. Yesterday had some fever lol -
Thx for feedback.
