a few days ago I purchased a new Z12 Ultra. At first start I updated the box to the latest beta firmware and MOL3-version (see attached image for version numbers).
I have the problem, that for some reason there is an old version of the remote app installed, so that I cannot use the features of BT3-remote. I can only choose BT1, IR1 or alternative remote.
Support (via helpdesk-ticket) told me to use home screen > software update to get the latest version, but it does not offer any update or beta-update there. I then tried to update to MOL4 Beta 2 but it also does not work as i get the same error like here: RE: MYTVOnline 4 v14.1.0 BETA 2 for Z12 released
Can anybody give me some help?
