Problem black screen + EPG Slow

Hello, I have a problem with my formuler z7 +. When I'm on the MYTVONLINE app and I watch TV, every hour, once or twice the image cuts out at once for 2, 3 seconds and it comes back know where it can come from ? The last time I watched a movie on VOD and suddenly the movie was reset. And the EPG is still slow to show thanks.

Hi Sunny,

Black screen for 2-3sec. could come from your HDMI cable, please check if inserted properly. The EPG is known issue.

since I changed the hdmi cable, that I put a powerful, it seems to work great! It remains more than solve the problem of EPG and it will be perfect the Z7 +!
