Learning remote issue

Okay so the learning remote seems to have picked up on my Vizio sound bar codes I think. But every time I press the "play/pause" a show or live tv the soundbar disconnects as if it's looking for another device.

The only workaround so far is to pause shows or live tv by using the "OK" button instead off "pause/play"

Does anyone know how to fix this or program the remote better?

Hello,

Only the TV and SOURCE buttons on your Formuler RCU can be programmed.

The symptoms you describe suggest the Formuler RCU and Your Vizio sound bar RCU use the same IR codes.

There isn't a way to change the codes in your Formuler RCU nor your Vizio RCU.

The only workaround I can think of is to use the IR extension cable with your Z7+ to strategically place it out of the line-of-sight of the Vizio IR receiver sensor.

Maybe someone else can chime in about other possible solutions.
