  • Hi all,

I'm complete new at this, so sorry if I might ask something that's obvious for almost anybody else.
I'm in a house of friends for some weeks, and they have the Z Nano since a short time. It worked well the first few days, and then it stopped while I was trying to go to an other VOD-group.
All I get is a screen that's black and after a few seconds gray, and after a few seconds black and so forth.

If it's starting, I get the screen with the Z nano Formuler logo, then after a while the pink screen saying 'preparing to start', and then the black and gray like I discribed. After a while a pop-up says 'MyOnlinetv isn't reponding', and I can choose to wait or stop. No matter what I do, it never starts to work.

    I tried restarting many times.

I took the power of for hours and connected again.
    I tried resetting the internet.

    I tried all different resolution-settings.

I don't know how to do a factory reset.

If there are fault in my English, sorry, it's not my first language.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi Kaat,

I would suggest do factory reset first, install latest MYTVOnline and make all settings again. Please see attached pictures.

    1. Unplug first all USB devices and go to "System" and do factory reset (picture 1,2 and 3). Reboot the box.

    2. After factory reset should come MYTVOnline update, if this not appear, please go again to the last menu but this time use icon "update". If there are firmware updates to be done, please install firmware updates first. At end install the latest 1.9.35 MYTVonline. Box will restart.

    3. Make all needed settings under Android and MYTVOnline.

  • Your Nano seems to be stuck in a crash loop.

It is rare, but sometimes it can happen.

As SAM suggested, a factory reset is your best option at this point.... IF you can reach the main menu and access the System settings,

If you can't reach the Main Menu, please try booting your device without a network connection.

    • Disconnect the Ethernet cable
    • Temporarily shut off the wireless router/modem in your house
    • Power ON the Z nano
    • Try to access the Main Menu --> System --> System menu
    • Follow SAM's guide

If you still can't access the Main Menu, you will need to do a manual Factory Reset.

  • I couldn't get to the menu Sam writes about, so 175n's reaction was also one I needed. Thanks a lot to you both!

Only now I think I need to have a Portal URL, but I guess I have to get that by the person who they have the subscription by?
