No internet connection

hi

Since 2 mounths many customers report problem with z+

When trying to launch MOL it says no internet connexion or something like this.

It seems that factory reset fix it but not so easy for customers to reset

Any idée?

When this problem appears, do other apps like Youtube or work normally?

yes it works. Only MOL not working.

Next time it happens, please type the portal URL into a web browser on your PC and provide the result.

Already done. Same Portal connected through pc and smartphone without problem in the same network

It just stopped working one day and I cannot get it to work. I tried factory reset without success.
