Hello, I wanted to share my experience with you. I have two formuler, Zx (1 year) and Z7 + (1 month), I never had a problem with the Zx and here in 1 month I already had 4 crashes and freeze with the Z 7+ while I am on the same subscription. I hope that the problem will be quickly solved by an update or other
Thank you
Small precision, I do not denigrate the product Formuler remains for me the best in his field

The source of the issue was found and patched by the developers.
A new firmware hotfix will be released this week (October 25th) to prevent the issue from appearing again.
If your set is already affected, you need to do a factory reset and then download the new hotfix when it is available to prevent the issue from reappearing.

Thx for feedback, wish all would report his solution so the other user can also have benefit.
Yes, this happens from time to time when user connect something that is not fully compatible. Therefore it is necessary (if this happens) first to unplug all other devices and reboot the box. Some incompatible apps (with active process in background) can be also reason for such behaviour.
