What you mean with S Turbo Pro? We have only S Turbo and S Mini.
Menu -> Software Downloads and check for new firmware.

My ISP is blocking access to update servers. Will I stay without updates? It is very unfortunate that I can not update the receiver without Internet access. Apparently I was wrong in the choice of the receiver.

Your Receiver was manufactured only for Russian Market and is not on our list here in Forum. How ever, the box use almost same fw and sw like S Turbo. This Boxes are made only for OTA Updates, there are no files for manual and offline update. Very strange ISP when he blocks updates, maybe you could try with vpn.

But i got the pro version for my friend and updated it through the default server easily no problem
