Hi guys i have a formuler z7+

Bsically when you hit the group button to go back to the epg folders the box goes to back to the "connecting to provider" and then to the home page

Can you explain what you mean by 'ground button' and 'epg folders'?

So if im watching say U.K. Movies and want to watch a sports channel, click ok and arrow left to bring up the bouquets and try and go to uk sports it will go to connecting to portal and back to original channel or sometimes back to home screen where the apps are

Weird, almost sounds like a remote button mapping issue? Have you noticed any other weird events like this?

Can you add a second portal / playlist and see if the same issue exists ?

I had exactly the same issue. After the update this seems to be better.
