What are you using exactly MAC, XC or M3U?
I think it`s possible that your Portal updated server software and now we have such mol behavior.
i have the same problems. every 5-6 minutes it goes back to the homescreen!!
Same issue here since today, just saw that before exiting to the main menu, an EPG refresh is made...very odd.

I have the same issue. Start 1hour ago and keep quits to main menu.
I have same problems to all my users every 5-20 minutes it goes down. Then no autostart, you have to turn on it by pressing buttom.

Mine is buy mac also. Also the one I have by m3u is working good! Hard to figure out.
Reported this problem to Formuler. They will check and if the reason is found, should come fast hotfix update, maybe already today.
I m testing tonight since second report and was not able to reproduce the problem. All portals work fine on 4 different boxes. Let us see what devs. found today. Meanwhile i would suggest to reboot the box.
Mine too keeps crashing
hello same problem crashing and go to main menu.
Issue was tracked down to the system software update notification service.
The necessary backend services were patched and the issue should be resolved shortly.
Nothing needs to be done on the device
