Persistent OSD Banner despite setting timer

Hello Formuler Community,

My recently updated Formuler Z8 (FW1.4.14) paired with the latest version of MyTVOnline 2 (SW 7.1.1) has been having an issue with the OSD banner not automatically hiding after the specific OSD timer has been set (e.g. 3 seconds). This only happens when changing channels with the "Channel Up' and "Channel Down". Otherwise the banner does timeout appropriately when choosing the channel from a channel list or the EPG.

I tried resetting MyTVOnline 2 to factory defaults and it still has the issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Also, how are you guys customizing the order of your favorite lists? Especially for when you want to insert a specific channel midway between your favorite list. I couldn't find an option that allowed this.
