MYONLINETV app crashes after update to version 1.9.75

MYTV app had been working perfectly until a recent upgrade to v1.9.75 is causing the app not to load and crash. I have to unplug the power and regplug to get back to menu and the APP never loads. I tried to do a factory reset and software reset and it will not roll back the update. Please help! Is their a fix coming soon for this?

Deinstall your current MOL App, restart the box and go to Market and install latest version again.

Hello, I uninstalled MYOLINETV APP, unplugged the box and replugged back in...downloaded the APP again and have the same result......I can see it says downloading EPG in the upperright corner and then freezes and app crashs says "MYONLINETV is not responding" and I have to unplug the unit to get back to menu. Is this something with EPG, I know there are thousands of channels on IPTV service but not had any issue until update.

Is there any workaround or update to address this?

FYI: When installing the MYONLINETV app - the only option is for the new update version IPTV v.1.9.75. Is there a way to install a previous version from the Market?

How are you connected? Try to remove unnecessary channel groups, this will reduce the EPG size and loading time.

I am connected by MAC using Portal...I cannot remove channel groups b/c is crashes before anything loads.....

Do you have a way to download a previous IPTV version....that is what is causing the issue........

Also - there should be no need to remove channel groups as this is not an issue until the update.......so not really fixing the bug or addressing the issue.

Can you answer the question and let me know if a previous IPTV version is available or can be made available in Market.

After getting the error MYONLINETV is not responding and trying to close out then it will say IPTV launcher not responding....If that helps with troubleshooting.

Is there a way to flash this back to a factory reset?

Yes - see first thread. Have done factory reset and software reset and u suggested uninstall TV app and reinstall and that also did not work. The problem is factory reset does not reset the tv app back to previous version. It forces u to download tv app on same version how do I get a previous app version

First, there is no roll back after update and in Market is only newer version for install.

Second, if factory reset not solve your issue, then please open on Formuler Helpdesk support ticket and write there what happen.

MOL v.1.09.62

I really dare to update the device?

Or wait for the June update?

Firmware Version :1.2.71

MYTVOnline : 1.9.71 include this -> Official Firmware 1.2.71 / MyTVOnline 1.9.71 for Zx, Z7+, Zx 5G and Z7+ 5G

and

Optional Cumulative Hotfix for MYTVOnline : 1.9.75. this -> Official Firmware 1.2.71 / MyTVOnline 1.9.71 for Zx, Z7+, Zx 5G and Z7+ 5G

It`s up to you if you want wait or update. I use on 2x Z7+ the last update and it works fine.

Btw. June update is for Z8 and MOL2.
