No Volume intermittently and slow channel changing

I keep having this issue where some channels take like 3-10 seconds to load and some channels have no volume until i keep going back and forth like 3 or 4 times before it starts working again. Are these know issues? I have the latest update.

Im hard wired with a speed of over 500mbps

Are you able to make (24h trial at no charge) from some other bigger provider and to test same? Please test this to see if it is the provider or box.
