I only use the wired connection with the Z8 and I never have that issue.
Are you 100% sure the cable and connectors are ok?
Does the network icon on the homescreen show the "!" next to the network icon sometimes or all the time when you keep the homescreen on for 5 minutes?
Do you use DHCP? Is it getting a unique IP? Does it keep changing the IP?
What Firmware version is installed?

Yes all fine , sorry it the formuler z prime... but dont thinks thats the problem. Wifi no problem... although I feel ethernet should be more reliable....

Did you turn off your WiFi connection? Switching to static IP sometimes helps.
-
What if you completely disable the wifi and then reboot the box? Perhaps there is some switching between wired and wifi going on causing "hickups" which you will see as black screens...
-
Yes wifi connection is off. Where can I find static ip? On router?
-
Home > Network Settings > IP settings > Static
(but that is on Z8, unsure about differences on other boxes)
-
Changed but still the same. Its just keep losing cable connection. Not sure its the cable, could be the box...
-
Do you have another cable? Or can you try if this cable works perfect with for example PC/laptop?
-
I will have a look later.....

Having said that, the ethernet cable I used was new and never been used. I used another cable before and I got the disconnection problem... maybe a new box??

Perhaps try connecting it another port on the router/switch also.
Perhaps the router/switch has some logging from where the root-cause can be determined. One of the outcomes can be that the ethernet port on the Z8 is bad.
