my formuler z7+ updated today to the new firmware. Since then my portal for my m3u wont load. I am unable to get a working mytvonline version anywhere. Could you help sort this thanks![]()

tell us first fw and mol version and then in detail what exactly happens. What kind of error is shown when you want to connect?
Btw. M3U in Portal is not possible but M3U in Playlist...
Sorry m3u in playlist. The loading bar comes up as it normally does gets about half way and says data load error and goes back to portal / playlist screen.

Is your provider currently working on something and the service is not available? Please install some other IPTV App and test with this.
Provider is fine is working on other apps no problem.

That means it started happening after updating MOL. Problem still exists.
If still exists, open support ticket and provide data to the devs. for test.
Yeah problem still exist. Was fine on old version new version has never worked for me

I've seen posts where people write that it is very busy... and they usually only respond during workdays/work hours. And now it's holiday season so that won't help either.
To not set your expectations high, expect at least several weeks for a solution.
Anything less than that, consider yourself lucky.
Really that seems quite poor. Considering the price compared to other devices you would expect a solution fairly quickly or at least updates not to break devices
Easy to agree to that. I've learned/realized in the last months Formuler is not something like a "huge multinational". It's a small company with a small dev/support team trying what they can to help and develop a product with much more customers/users/problems than anticipated.
And for most customers their hardware/software combi is actually working fine...
However small they are... I also know "team size" is relative. I've also seen ("big") software (projects) from ("big") software companies, lets say 100 of developers all working on one application. Additionaly to that specific test teams. And other teams maintaining the technical dev/test/prod envs.
They also to make mistakes which would have caused a big website (millions of daily pageviews) to be unavailable for weeks if the IT department did not create a proper backup/restore mechanism to rollback the software to a previous version.
Don't forget Formuler put this warning together with every update:
"Important: Install and use at your own risk. Software cannot be rolled back after installation."

yeah i know i never meant to upgrade but it wouldnt open mytvonline without clicking update. So i tried it assuming it would be ok as it had been released for nearly a month
I really need this fixing as using smarters is just a poor alternative. The only reason i have the box is for the my tv online app
