Epg not working with z8

For couple months now my epg not working I can see its downloading but nothing happens!
I have iptv with portal not m3u,

Did you check if it isn't from providers side ?

The providers works he says because it was working for couple weeks then its stops , maybe my settings or something but I hear z8 and epg do not work al the time because on my Nvidia shield its works fine! The same service

I have epg on normal not etc
