It is possible for all Formuler boxes to control via http reqeust or other command ?
i search this for local Streaming building.
Today i have for test the Formuler ZX.
I have only found the Android App from you, but i need this on a Win pc 
can you help me.

I don't know what is the case with the Android OS on the device Formuler, but with Linux Enigma2 it is possible.
Enigma2 has an OpenWebif (built-in WebGUI interface) and it is possible to control the set-top-box by calling the URL of this OpenWebif. Even the remote control unit buttons can be called using the OpenWebif interface, like URL link:
http://receiver_IP_address/web/remotecontrol?command=X
...where the X variable represents the button code, for example, the number 352 means the "OK" button on RCU
For example, the following URL is used to control the device power/standby:
http://receiver_IP_address/web/powerstate?newstate=3
(0: Toggle Standby, 1: Deep Standby, 2: Reboot, 3: Restart Enigma, 4: Wakeup from Standby, 5: Turn into Standby)
On the Internet you will find a lot of instructions how to do it. Search the Internet - Enigma2 OpenWebif commands.

So, look for something in this direction. However, this only applies to the Enigma2 / Linux set top box.

On Linux boxes it is existent but not yet on such devices. It is known request and we hope it will come with one of the future updates.

So the original firmware for Formuler doesn't include OpenWebif ?
I admit that I have never used the original firmware in the Formuler Linux set-top-box although this original firmware can be really good (as is the case with competing set top boxes - if their own firmware is used - supplied directly from the manufacturer devices).
Linux and Android Boxes or better to say the working software on it, are from two different worlds and should not be mixed 
Some features are comparable but only few. IPTV Software on Android has not yet grown up so much to be fully comparable with the support from Linux boxes, where the entire Community works on add ons and each software team has his own team trough Open source projects. Formuler dev. Team is small and they program everything from firmware until Software by them own, in case of IPTV Boxes. Webinterface is planed but for now other features have higher priority's.
On E2 Boxes they was working only on drivers and bootloader, full image comes always from E2 teams. Like on other boxes too. The original images (factory images) are small with less options but also based on openATV or PLI.

I'm also kind of a developer plugin for Enigma (Python).
Once upon a time I wanted to do AndroidOS (Java) at the same time, but I was really concerned about this system. AndroidOS is a commercial waste. AndroidOS benefits from the basics of Linux and earns money! In addition, Adnroid is an extremely SLOW system (stupid Java). Smartphones equipped with 2GHz ARM CPU / chipsets are also not enough for the new Android system :). It's a shame for the whole Google company. Ever since Google has earned such huge financial profits, it's no longer as great as ever.
Linux rules the world. Always and constantly. Its basis is used by all today's devices to save on firmware development - WiFi routers, set-top boxes (not only those marked as "Linux" set top boxes), SmartTV, smartphones (Android) and many other devices especially with ARM chipset and mips-el.
If Android OS were not commercial and if it didn't belong to Google, no one would want it. Even on the platform for set top boxes Android OS fails ! All of them (AndroidOS based devices) usually use the "KODI", which by the way is just a rebuilt Open-Source old project "XBMC" (sometimes long ago developed mainly for Linux systems). So, again Linux. Everywhere is just Linux. Android is also deeply based only on Linux. But nowhere is Android. Android is a commercial Linux project, destroyed by Java . Personally, I hate Android OS .
Many true text inside, but it is how it is and the globe continuous to turn. At end the Customer decide what he like more and that is the point. I also love Linux boxes, but they are not for everyone and therefore are Linux box manufacturer suffering with not sold boxes and crowded warehouse
Formuler saw this few years ago and changed to IPTV Boxes, otherwise they would suffering like vu+ and others.
No, web-interface was not implemented.
