I have the following issue in my Z8 box: sometimes my EPG suddenly gets "stuck" and doesn't update at all - it basically keeps showing the EPG of the previous day for some channels, and for others it gives the following message: "information not available from the channel".
I already tried forcing manually update, rebooting the box, clearing EPG cache, changing from "Normal" to "UTC" and vice versa, but nothing so far.
I am using a XC portal.
In attach you can see one photo of a connected XC Portal in Formuler EPG of today's date (02/03) and the same XC portal in an Android App, which shows the correct EPG for all the channels, so I doubt this is a provider problem.
Anyone has ever faced this issue?
