    Hello all.

    Quick question... I’ve noticed when I first hide Live TV groups I don’t want to have in my list they of course disappear as expected.

    But... if the box has been powered off or I use the refresh button, random groups then reappear, mainly the ones I’ve hidden.

    For example. I’ve hidden CA Entertainment, AU Movies etc....

    After restart or a couple of days later these reappear automatically.

    Initially I thought it was because something had changed from the provider side and MTOL2 has picked that up making them reappear, however if I use Smarters for example on Firestick, the selections stay hidden until I unhide then regardless of restart or refresh.

    Is this an issue with MTOL or is there something I’m missing?

    I’m using menu: Connections > Edit > Edit Groups.

    When complete I select > Update

    Hello,

    Is new to me but wired that the settings change. I would say, clear cache and clear data then hide the category's again. Provider dashboard gives you also the possibility to turn on/off category`s.

    Hi, did the above but still the same result.

    I could speak to the provider but sometimes I do want particular categories and sometimes I don’t so I like the function of being able to pick when I want to view them.

    In any case maybe it could be looked at further down the line.

    Same problem here with with both MTOL and MTOL2. They randomly come back after editing them.Cleared cache and data same result
