I had the same problem when i use my Portal connexion. Cloudtimeshift never worked for me.
But i found a workaround to make it works. You have to log using Xtream Codes API (with username and password) and now i'm able to use the cloud timeshift whenever i want !

FYI: Cloudtimeshift (or called on some other places as "Server Timeshift") works with both portals Stalker MAC/ID and XC Api Portal. If you are able to use this option depends from provider if he activated this feature for all protocols, only one or didn`t activated at all.
XC Api is for now best supported.

Since the last update catch up has now changed to timeshift. You cant jump in 10sec intervals like before and its a lot slower to load. Is there a way to go back to the older way of catch up. I tried to disable timeshift but it doesnt resolve the issue
