When I enter into the menu of my Z8 I am unable to exit from this menu and return back to the home page. Tried the exit, back and home buttons which do not work. The only way I can return to the home page is to restart the box which can be done through the menu and using the power option. Is this a bug with the Z8? or is there another way to get out of the menu?

Is last Firmware and MOL2 Update installed?
Are you using external IR Eye for your RCU?

Tried the exit, back and home buttons which do not work. The only way I can return to the home page is to restart the box which can be done through the menu and using the power option.
Holding Menu button longer give you the choice to exit all processes (red button) and go back to home menu. No need to power off.
If this not work, something with your RCU goes wrong, see also text IR Eye if connected.
