Not able to Filter on VOD / Series

Hello I'm not able to filter when I'm inside VOD / Series, it is my provider or there is a bug on the current version ?

Like if I choose the letter A then he says nothing to display.

If you are using Portal, the VOD filter operates on the server-side.

The server must send the correct filtered dataset to your Formuler device when you enable the filter.

In other words, it doesn't seem like a problem with MOL2. Something is broken on the server-side.

If you have doubts, try using stbEmu and try the filter function to see if it works properly or not.
