Hi I’m using the Z8. When I change channel I get buffering for a 10 seconds and then it settles down, Also when a program finishes it freezes every time. Is there a setting I’m missing? buffer time is set to 2 secs.

Set the buffer higher to 10sec. Are you using VPN?

Yes, but if you get such issues this can be everything, provider resources or issues, isp, your router, network etc.
