help please - Z8 No LIVE TV in menu

    Hi,

    Please could someone help me. When I load portal onto Z8, it takes 6 minutes to connect to server, 1% to 100%. When connected, only Radio, Vod & Series, are in the left menu. LiIVE TV link does not appear. Any idea why this is.

    I have restarted router,, restarted box, cleared cache, reset data settings, all updates done, tried on a different isp. Provider said probably my box.

    But I have two trials from other providers on the same box, and they load fine.

    Provider if others load fine. they will never admit its there end.

    I had one similar I told him certain channels didn't work and he swore blind they did kept telling me to use

    another app. eventually it worked and he emailed me saying he can't be expected to check all .

    I voted with my feet

    Short while ago, he removed half the countries,saying maybe too much data, and then it loaded ok. Put all countries back, and it does not load the LIVE TV link. Does that make sense ?
