Alpha sound issue like saturation

Hello,

I have an issue with 1 alpha connected to a LG TV.

The TV volume is like 50 up to 100.. and the box approximately around 50 and on live channels when people is speaking i can listen saturation in the audio do you want from where it can come or do you have any tips to provide ?

If we goes down to 20 in the TV and 80 with the box looks like better but we still can listen the saturation.

Also my feeling is more down the volume is better you can listen it.

I tried to go under sounds HDMI output it was on LPCM I change it under RAW and it looks like ok.. but then the box volume button as no effect anymore, and when channels have different audio compression the volume can be really high or down.

I also tried to change with another box, also change the cable and changed HDMI port on the TV, still the same.

I don't think it's a provider issue as I did a comparison with a friend having the same box and same provider and no issue.

The setup will be LPCM but how to remove the saturation noise / sizzling ?
