Hi.
After watching a game or a program for about a hour, and i want to change channel it is black screen on the other channel and i have to restart the box and then it works again.
Anyone else with the same problem?

I've only experienced this when it was an issue with my provider.

Yes that does seem odd. Yes I talk to my provider when it happened and they told me it was because they were doing maintenance. My black screen would last anywhere from 10 min to an hour. Then everything worked fine.
Maybe try deleting your login info from your portal and re-adding it again. Doesn't hurt to reach out to your provider and ask if this issue is common among their other users. Maybe it is but if it isn't then it could be something with the box.

I bet they will say its you, I have one that can take up to a minute to clear sometimes longer.
told to use VPN , when I said I do he said that's why then. Just laughed and didn't get another sub off him (RESSELER BAAA HUMBUG LOL)

Like benji87 we have had the black screen happen but it's only when our provider is doing maintenance. Switching channels will go to a black screen sometimes for minutes and vod doesn't load. But once maintenance is clear everything goes back to normal.
The fact that yours goes to normal on reboot doesn't sound like maintenance though. If you are using vpn, try disabling vpn to see if issue goes away.

If this is directed in my direction. I was just backing up what Sam said. I don't have a problem, What I was saying, VPN and generally connect and reconnect is what causes it.
Oh no not at all. It wasn't directed at anyone at all.
