BLACK Screen after standby

hi to everybody i have a problem when i put on de formuler z7+ after 1 hour standby , when i put the box on again i have black screen i need to restart the box to have picture, and no problem until next standbay, somebody now what is the posible problem, thank you very much and regards

yes my device its update , and michael be what do you min with playback limit ? sorry but i did not anderstand

I have no issues with my z7+ 5G with latest firmware.

Have you tried resetting the box? That usually works in cases like this.

Black screen threads everywhere

First thing I do is try with another source even if you just get a test 2nd time today

Playback limit only while box is on watching something and being idle for set time ( not touching control )

hej idid try everythink but still the same i don´t now what to try i have the last uppdate to my formuler, and i try onother source but still the same problem ? any ideas maybe there is somthing wrong in the last uppadate ??
