Formuler Z8 PRO freezes on 4K movies (VOD)

I have a formuler Z8 pro device and all the channels work fine and also Video On Demand (VOD).

However, when I select the 4K video's...then I get freezes all the time.

I have a fast 100 Mbit vdsl line...and a speedtest on the Z8 pro gives me 60mbit per second speed.

I also put the buffertime to 10 seconds in stead of the default 0.

But I keep on having those freezes.

Is there a setting that can help me to avoid this problem ?

There are 2-3 possible reasons for this.

1. Provider resources are at moment very weak.

2. Try to use other VOD Player for VOD (MX Player or VLC player) and test again.

3. Install "Audio Optimizer" from Market, execute once and restart the box.

Try to change dhcp to static ip.
